Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
: Manage and lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks based on skill sets, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Diagnostic Oversight
: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across multiple car brands and models, including German, European, American, Italian, and Asian vehicles.
Quality Assurance
: Ensure that all repair work meets industry standards and is completed in a timely manner. Perform quality checks on completed jobs to verify accuracy and completeness.
Customer Interaction
: Collaborate with service advisors to gather accurate customer complaints, provide updates on repair status, and address any customer concerns promptly.
Inventory & Resource Management
: Monitor parts and supplies inventory, ordering new stock as required, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment.
Training & Development
: Provide on-the-job training for technicians, especially less experienced staff, and suggest training needs to improve team skills and efficiency.
Compliance & Safety
: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
