Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to injured or ill workers on site.

Assess and manage work-related injuries, including minor trauma, heat exhaustion, dehydration, and occupational illnesses.

Maintain and monitor the site clinic, medical supplies, and first aid equipment.

Conduct daily health checks and monitor workers with chronic conditions.

Coordinate with hospitals, ambulances, and external medical providers when required.

Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and treatment logs.

Support HSE team in implementing health and safety policies.

Conduct health awareness sessions on topics such as heat stress, hydration, PPE use, and injury prevention.

Monitor compliance with COVID-19 or other infection control protocols if applicable.

Participate in emergency drills and site safety meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Valid UAE nursing license (DHA).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; site/industrial experience preferred.

Certified in BLS/First Aid.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a construction environment.

Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
