DHA-Certified Nurses
Job Title: Registered Nurse (DHA Licensed / Eligibility Letter Holder)
Department: Nursing
Reports to: Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate DHA-certified Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. A commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care as required.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and legal medical records.
Patient & Family Support:
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, home care needs, diet, and exercise.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere strictly to DHA regulations, standards, and code of conduct.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical audit activities.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and guide junior nurses, nursing assistants, and trainees.
  • Participate in nursing meetings and continuous education programs.
Requirements:
  • License: Valid DHA license or an active DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in a hospital setting in the UAE is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialized certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, or in specific departments like ICU, NICU, ER, OR).
  • Previous experience in an accredited healthcare facility in the UAE.
