Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs. Educate patients and families about health management and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs. Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or a related field. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
