ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

ICU Nurse

to provide high-quality critical care nursing services to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for managing complex medical cases, ensuring patient safety, and delivering advanced clinical support under the supervision of physicians and the home care medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care & Monitoring

Provide continuous and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients at home. Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, ventilator parameters, and neurological status. Assess and respond promptly to any changes in the patient's condition.

2. Clinical Procedures & Support

Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway management. Administer medications (IV, IM, SC, oral) and maintain IV lines and infusions. Perform wound care, catheterization, and other invasive procedures per protocols. Ensure infection control standards are followed at all times.

3. Care Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and family members for care planning. Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Educate family members or caregivers on patient care techniques and emergency responses.

4. Emergency Response

Recognize and manage life-threatening situations such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or shock. Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) when required.

5. Equipment Handling & Maintenance

Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors). Ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of medical devices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
