Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Conduct thorough eye examinations and vision tests.
Diagnose visual conditions and prescribe corrective lenses or treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with DHA regulations.
Retail & Sales Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products that best suit their needs and style.
Educate clients on lens options, coatings, and features based on prescriptions and lifestyle.
Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding in-store experience.
