DHA Licensed - Physiotherapist

Position Summary:

Malaak is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our in-home care team. The ideal candidate should be a licensed Physiotherapistwith practical experience in rehabilitation or home care services. This role is ideal for someone who values patient-centered care and is dedicated to improving mobility, recovery, and overall quality of life for patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients' homes

Treatment Planning:

Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans

Therapy Delivery:

Provide physiotherapy for post-operative, neurological, musculoskeletal, and elderly patients

Progress Monitoring:

Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Patient Education:

Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention

Documentation:

Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports

Compliance:

Adhere to DHA regulations, infection control, and home care standards

Care Coordination:

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

Certification and Education

:Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy must have DHA License as Physiotherapist

Experience

: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on elderly or homecare services.

Skills and Competencies

:Strong understanding of elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care in a home setting.
