Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing best practices and facility policies
Monitor, assess, and record patients' conditions and progress
Administer medications, injections, and IV treatments as prescribed
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for patient care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist in preparing patients for examinations, procedures, or treatments
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Offer emotional support and health education to patients and their families
Maintain professional ethics and a high standard of patient confidentiality
