Job Description

Role Purpose

Own and scale the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability of a regulated BNPL platform. Ensure secure, automated, and resilient delivery of production systems while supporting rapid product iteration in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure) Own CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment management Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems Lead incident response and post-incident reviews Embed DevSecOps practices across engineering teams Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

Mandatory experience working in a fintech or product-led technology company

Strong hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflows Knowledge of cloud security and networking fundamentals
