DevOps Engineer - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The DevOps Engineer - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for automating and optimizing software development and deployment processes. The role requires expertise in CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, and scripting, with a focus on ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with development teams to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines
• Automate build, deployment, and configuration management using modern DevOps tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues
• Work with operations teams to support production environments and conduct root cause analysis
• Implement preventive measures to reduce downtime and improve system reliability
• Maintain and update internal documentation using Git or similar tools
• Stay updated with industry best practices in DevOps and security compliance

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience in CI/CD tools including Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Ability to integrate code quality tools such as SonarQube into pipelines
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices including automated security testing
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on automation and agile methodologies
