The Development Specialist will support the Strategy & Excellence function in driving organizational performance, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on developing frameworks, tools, and programs that enhance strategic alignment, employee growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, frameworks, and excellence programs.
Develop and coordinate training, development, and capability-building activities aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and support decision-making.
Assist in monitoring performance indicators and preparing reports to track progress against strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and excellence standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Strategy, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in strategy, organizational development, or excellence programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bilingual ( Arabic/English)
* Knowledge of organizational excellence models and frameworks is an advantage.
