Development Engineer
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Development & Coordination*
Review and validate design documentation from consultants.*
Coordinate technical aspects of tendering and contractor selection.*
Support value engineering and design optimization efforts.*
Authority Approvals & Compliance*
Manage submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, RERA,*
and other relevant authorities.*
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and development guidelines.*
Construction Oversight*
Attend site inspections and progress meetings.*
Monitor construction activities from a developer's perspective, ensuring alignment with approved plans and timelines.*
Flag risks and recommend corrective actions to senior management.*
Documentation & Reporting*
Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, reports, and correspondence.*
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.*
Budget & Schedule Monitoring*
Track project milestones and report deviations.*
Support cost control and budget adherence through technical input.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Development Engineer (REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY): 7 years (Required)
