Our client is looking to hire a Development Director to oversee all aspects of the outdoor media installation and management process.- Identifying locations (land plots, buildings) for new outdoor media installation (includes location surveying, marketing feasibility study, identifying owners or management companies and liaising with them directly);- Negotiating the contract terms with the owners of the above locations (up through to the contract conclusion);- Obtaining (renewing) permits and approvals from government authorities;- Co-ordinating and supervising the technical manager in general (installation feasibility study, surveying, design and engineering, construction and installation up through to the moment of launch).Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience as a development director or similar position.- Experience withlocation surveying, marketing feasibility study, identifying owners or management companies and liaising with them directly. - Experience in installation and operating freestanding advertising OOH constructions- Higher engineering or technical education- Valid drivers license and own car- Prepared to work flexible hours whenever necessary.BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits.
