Development Director (ooh Advertising)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a newly established digital out-of-home operator company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Development Director to oversee all aspects of the outdoor media installation and management process.
- Identifying locations (land plots, buildings) for new outdoor media installation (includes location surveying, marketing feasibility study, identifying owners or management companies and liaising with them directly);
- Negotiating the contract terms with the owners of the above locations (up through to the contract conclusion);
- Obtaining (renewing) permits and approvals from government authorities;
- Co-ordinating and supervising the technical manager in general (installation feasibility study, surveying, design and engineering, construction and installation up through to the moment of launch).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a development director or similar position.
- Experience with location surveying, marketing feasibility study, identifying owners or management companies and liaising with them directly.
- Experience in installation and operating freestanding advertising OOH constructions
- Fluent communication in English
- Higher engineering or technical education
- Valid driver's license and own car
- Prepared to work flexible hours whenever necessary.
