What You'll Do

• Manage profiles and relationships of sub-developers at Mina Rashid
• Coordinate day-to-day communication, submissions, and approvals with stakeholders
• Prepare and process purchase and sale agreements in line with company policies
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in shared systems for compliance and dispute protection
• Ensure all development activities align with agreement timelines and requirements
• Track and record approvals, documentation, and correspondence for accountability
• Support senior management with updates and reports on developer relations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in management
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in contract management or real estate development
• Knowledge of developer agreements, real estate sales processes, and documentation standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple priorities
