Job Purpose
To participate in the teaching, curriculum management and educational innovation in the college.
Main accountabilities & expectations
- Participate in the work of the Medical Education Unit to support and foster innovation in the curricula at the College of Medicine
- Participate in teaching and student\'s supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate Health Profession Education courses and programs.
- Achieving excellence in research through publishing in high impact, peer reviewed publications in health profession education
- Development and implement Faculty Development Programs.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- PhD in Medical or Health Profession Education
- Substantial track record of research in Medical/Health Profession Education
- Bachelor in Medicine will be an added value
