Job Purpose
To be responsible for the management and delivery of the Admin Review project, and provide the Human Resources Department with guidance and advice throughout the project. As well as to consult with stakeholders to analyze, assess, and develop project plans and strategies, in order to help establish/realign related systems, processes, and structures. In addition to being the point of contact between the HR's representatives and the external consultants assigned to execute the project and ensure proper project deliverables.

Main accountabilities & expectations
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the Admin Review project including understanding the objective of the project, planning and tracking each phase and reporting on status, risks, impact, issues, and budget requirements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with UOS management, HR, and consulting company to define the project issues, goals, and requirements, and provide advice on different project-related issues.
  • Lead the implementation, operations, and optimization of the Admin Review project (including organizational structures, job design and analysis, etc.) and suggest improvements when applicable.
  • Work closely with the project stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and implement timely updates as changes occur. Also, ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a consultant to management in case any organizational restructuring is required, and ensure proper positioning of managerial levels/positions and properly communicate and document changes.
  • Organize daily, weekly, monthly, and milestone meetings with various stakeholders to ensure the project is always on track, and report any potential issues that may be identified to ensure they are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
  • Oversee the classification, documentation/description, and leveling of jobs and positions. As well as develop, maintain and approve job creation, and leveling requests as per the procedure.
  • Act as an advisor to HR ERP implementation in terms of technical problems and deficiencies, training initiatives related to the new system, and data validation, also provide HR Strategy Advisory Services when required.
  • Implement suitable change management and engagement strategies, as well as ensure that proper project objectives, processes, and impact are being communicated clearly with stakeholders (including line managers, admin staff, etc.) in order to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Recommend solutions and provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools related to the Admin Review project. As well as oversee the implementation and integration of these policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
  • Conduct analysis to enhance consistency, and maintain and improve the work environment of the HR department. As well as participate and provide guidance in the selection and implementation of HR business solutions.
  • Ensure that the correct research, benchmarking, and designs are being implemented to ensure that the Admin Review project is implemented correctly and as expected.
  • Train, coach, and provide technical/practical expertise to the HR project team in any related processes to ensure they acknowledge and understand their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Prepare various tracking, reports, analyses, and statistics related to the Admin Review project when requested.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • A professional Human Resources certification such as CIPD, SHRM, etc.
  • Master's Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • 12-14 years of UAE experience in a similar role preferably in higher education institutions.
  • Priority is for UAE Nationals.
