Job description / Role / Responsibilities:

Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (AutoCAD / Revit ) applications Liaising with other discipline heads regarding interface issues Taking into account constraints such as international / local code compliance requirements, town planning legislation, environmental / sustainability impacts and project budgets Working closely with a team of other professionals such as MEP , Structural designers, Quantity Surveyors, ID Designers, Civil Defense and sustainability 3rd party consultants. Completing planning applications and taking advice from local authorities, legal professionals and governmental new build departments Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts Specifying the requirements for each project Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction Playing a role and providing assistance in developing specifications and quantity surveying during production information and tender stage Viewing building sites, proposed locations and participating client meetings. Conduct research and formulate recommendations for site planning, architectural and structural issues, and scheduling Review architectural and engineering drawings, and meet with consultants throughout development process Maintain accurate, up-to-date architectural records, including construction drawings and specifications Develop and manage budgets Manage project schedules and track progress Coordinate and management tender process such as responses for tender queries and Employer compliance issues
Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Architecture 10+ years experience out of which major in consultancy environments Proven Track record as a detailed Design Architect Good portfolio and several years of work experience as a Detailed Architect / Designer Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software AUTO CAD / Revit Strong creative design and time management skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in

Auto CAD / Revit Awareness to local code requirements Design of Hotels / Hospitals / Mixed use developments / Residential towers and PPP schools project
