Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities (ITIL compliance)



Experience in health care sector will be added value. 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices according to appendix A, B, and for more than 9000 users. Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support more than 9000 Employee. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers. Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs. IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications



ITIL Foundation Customer Service certificate Communication Skills Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Important Note: preferred for Bahrainis but open for Expats
