Job Description

1) Desktop Support Technician



Experience in health care sector will be added value. 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices for more than 9000 users Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support more than 9000 Employee. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers. Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs. IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications



ITIL Foundation Customer Service certificate Communication Skills Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in English languages At least one year of experience in IT technical support Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), common software applications, and troubleshooting software-related problems Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or computer science, or related
