Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems including Windows and macOS.
Assist users with help desk inquiries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Manage computer hardware setups, installations, and configurations.
Utilize Jira for tracking support requests and managing workflows.
Maintain firewall configurations and ensure network security protocols are followed.
Document issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner for future reference.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall service delivery.
Skills
Proficiency in operating systems: Windows and macOS.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and management.
Experience with help desk operations and customer service best practices.
Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Understanding of firewall configurations and network security measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
