Job Description
VAM Systems is currently looking for Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Skills . Experience in health care sector will be added value. . 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices and for more than 9000 users. . Provide technical assistance to endusers regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. . Support more than 9000 Employee. . Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. . Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers. . Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs. . IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment. Skills & Qualifications . ITIL Foundation . Customer Service certificate . Communication Skills . Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills. . Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading organization in Bahrain.
