Skill: Desktop Support Role: T2, T3

Key responsibility: 1. Hands on in installation, troubleshooting in windows 10 Operating System. 2. Good Knowledge in troubleshooting application/desktop, network, wireless related issues. Segregation of data VLANs, basics of switching, routing and IP sub-netting. 3. Knowledge on Point of Sale (POS) will be an added advantage. 4. Candidate with Windows certification will be preferred 5. Good team player with excellent verbal and communication skills 6. Is professional, discreet and can handle confidential information 7. Minimum of two years as IT professional, preferably in Retail / Food & Beverage systems. 8. Displays curiosity and is a self-motivator to understand and learn new technology trends
