We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Designer
to join our team, specializing in the design of
stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
sheet metal design
and a strong understanding of
fabrication processes
.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop
Fabrication drawings
using
SolidWorks (sheet metal module)
Create fabrication drawings for commercial kitchen equipment including
counters, chillers, hoods, sinks, cabinets
, etc.
Ensure all designs meet
fabrication, welding, and material
standards
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions
Prepare accurate
BOMs (Bill of Materials)
and support documentation for production
Assist with design optimization to reduce cost and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
, specifically the
sheet metal module
Solid understanding of
fabrication techniques, welding processes
, and
material specifications
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication standards
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
