Job Description

We are looking for a

technically strong and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect

with proven experience in the

construction and fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will be skilled in

technical drawings, 3D visualization and documentation process

, and capable of managing designs from concept through to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive

architectural and interior design concepts

with a focus on technical feasibility. Produce

detailed shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built drawings

using AutoCAD and Revit. Create

high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations

using tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup, or Lumion. Participate in site measurements, surveys, and inspections to ensure

design accuracy and implementation

. Coordinate with the Senior Interior Designer, Site Supervisor and manager during all project phases. Assist in Selecting materials and finishes with a focus on constructibility and technicality. Provide immediate design support to construction teams. Ensure all designs adhere to local codes, standards, and client specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or construction-related roles (fit-out experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and technical documentation. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit

, and 3D rendering software (

3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape

). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for client presentations. Solid understanding of materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and construction tolerances. Familiarity with local construction practices and suppliers in Qatar is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask across several projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Who can join us immediately.
