Responsibilities for design team lead

Lead the design and verification of complex projects from specification to production Manage a team of 8 - 10 Engineers ( Aluminum , joinery , steel ) Drive design reviews and promote lessons learned culture to ensure continuous learning of team members Develop and coach team members on technical and business skills and ensure high level of quality of their designs Identify gaps and contribute to development of new tools and processes to improve the level of the global development community Lead and represent a team As per the time frames for the projects Be theinterface to other analog and digital design teams,support functions and stakeholders Drive innovations and optimize the design flow and methodologyaccording to our product requirements As people manager you actively participate in the global people strategy including Talent review and performance mgt
Qualifications for design team lead

Bachelor's Degree At least 2 year experience in leading teams At least 7 years experience in Facade & Aluminum field ( Mandatory ) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field A strong understanding of how technologies affect the data path from the end user through the application and network infrastructure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
