Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Design & Supply Associate to support daily design development, supplier coordination, and quality oversight. You will act as a bridge between our U.S. headquarters and Egypt-based supplier partners, managing product design tasks, quoting support, digital material documentation, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for candidates who are both organized and design-savvy, with strong communication and project coordination abilities, and a willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Operational & Administrative

Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Product Design & Development

Participate in new product concepts and design improvements. Create 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, and visual presentations. Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure design feasibility. Support prototype development and product validation.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

Create visual content, packaging concepts, and presentation layouts. Produce branding materials and digital assets for internal and external use.

Supplier & Vendor Oversight

Monitor supplier performance related to product quality, accuracy, and delivery reliability. Support supplier evaluation activities and corrective action follow-up. Maintain strong supplier relationships (without involvement in detailed procurement processes).

Quality Control & Assurance

Support internal and supplier QA/QC compliance. Review performance metrics and track continuous improvement actions. Assist with corrective and preventive actions. Product Design & Development lifecycle support.

Reporting & Communication

Report on design progress, supplier performance, and quality improvements. Maintain structured communication with U.S. headquarters and Egypt-based teams.

Required Software & Tools

Autodesk 3ds Max or Equivalents AutoCAD Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Office

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 2-4 years of experience in design, procurement support, or project coordination. Proicient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or equivalent design software). Strong English and Arabic communication skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up abilities. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with us as our team and operations expand
