Job Summary:

Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly experienced

Design Structural Engineer

with

10+ years of experience

in structural design for building projects. The ideal candidate must be

well-versed in UAE codes and regulations

, with proven expertise in designing safe, efficient, and cost-effective structures, especially for Sharjah-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

structural design

for building projects, ensuring compliance with UAE codes and local regulations. Conduct

structural analysis

and prepare detailed calculations and drawings. Utilize software such as

ETABS, SAFE, STAAD

, and other design tools for structural modeling and analysis. Review and approve structural drawings from consultants and contractors. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams for seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior structural engineers. Ensure structural integrity, safety, and quality standards are consistently maintained. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations.

Requirements:

10+ years of UAE experience

in structural design for building projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations, particularly for Sharjah. Proficient in

ETABS, SAFE, STAAD

, and other structural analysis software. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of engineers.
