Overview

Manage the full design cycle of real estate projects, starting from defining design requirements through to obtaining approval and successful expertise clearance, while overseeing overall project execution. Coordinate and lead designers and project teams at every stage, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all solutions meet legal requirements, regulations, and client expectations. Develop detailed project timelines, closely monitor progress, identify potential risks in advance, and take corrective actions to keep projects within schedule and approved budgets. Work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to maintain clear communication, support fast decision-making, and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, review, coordinate, and oversee contracts, ensuring project solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Higher education in design or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles. At least 3 years of proven experience leading and managing teams. Strong knowledge of regulations related to construction, design documentation and territorial planning. Proficiency in project management and design tools such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software. Ability to handle pressure, complex challenges, and unexpected situations effectively. Independent, proactive, and responsible working attitude with strong ownership of tasks.
