Role Overview

The

Head of Design

will lead the Kitchen & Closet Division, managing the design team, ensuring smooth workflows across sales, design, and operations, and delivering high-quality projects. This role combines creative leadership with operational and client management to drive design and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

Lead the kitchen and closet design team, ensuring creativity and client satisfaction. Guide design consultants and enforce design standards.

Client & Project Management

Oversee client inquiries and assign to consultants per SOPs. Coordinate between sales, design, and operations for timely resolutions. Monitor active projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Operational Oversight

Supervise daily operations, resource planning, and logistics coordination. Improve processes for efficiency, cost, and quality. Ensure accurate documentation of projects and client records.

Strategic & Performance Management

Provide reports and recommendations to the CEO. Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement. Foster accountability, teamwork, and communication across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years in kitchen/closet design, including 3+ years in leadership. Strong project and operations management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max (or similar), and MS Office. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
