Role Description

Oversee and monitor all client inquiries, assign them to design consultants, and ensure compliance with company SOPs. Serve as the primary link between Sales Design Consultants, internal design teams, and operations, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments for timely resolution. Ensure a consistent and efficient workflow from client inquiry through project completion, identifying and resolving any delays or process gaps. Track and manage active design projects, maintaining oversight of timelines, deliverables, and communication checkpoints. Supervise daily operations within the furniture division, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with production and logistics. Develop and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the design-to-delivery cycle. Assist the CEO with strategic project oversight by providing regular reports, updates, and recommendations for operational improvement. Promote effective internal communication, ensuring smooth handovers between sales, design, and operations teams while maintaining accountability. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing results and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate project records, ensuring all design files, approvals, client communications, and production specifications are properly documented and accessible.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design Experience in Project Management Knowledge of Furniture selection and placement Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus
