Role Overview

We are seeking a Design & Delivery Manager to lead the execution of Valika's high-end projects. Working directly under the Principal Designer/Creative Director, you will translate vision into delivery, managing design teams, vendors, and client expectations across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily design operations (DWG layouts, BOQs, specifications, renders).

Manage end-to-end delivery of luxury villas, retail stores, and fit-outs.

Ensure Nakheel and authority approvals are secured.

Lead supplier and vendor coordination, both local and international.

Maintain Valika's brand and design DNA across all projects.

Present confidently in client meetings, defending design intent.

Mentor and guide design teams.

Candidate Profile

10+ years in design/project management (residential & retail).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD/DWG, BOQs, FF&E, joinery, finishes.

Track record delivering luxury interiors & high-end villas in the UAE.

Experience with Nakheel/Dubai authority approvals.

Excellent client-facing communication.
