Key Accountabilities

Manage the performance of external consultants and the in-house design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements, on time and in budget
Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
Guide and co-ordinate external consultants on all operational requirements and ensure correct standards and procedures are maintained.
Conduct design studies to enhance the USPs and design quality for DAMAC products
Prepare project briefs and guidelines for new projects
Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals.
Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience including 3 years in Design Development with internationally-recognized developers or design/ architectural firms
