• Managing design consultants daily, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practice standards.
• Managing and coordinating the overall design and development process in coordination with the client\xe2\x80\x99s wider project and delivery team.
• Coordinating with the client\xe2\x80\x99s procurement team in the preparation and execution of consultant bidder\xe2\x80\x99s lists, RFPs, and technical evaluations.
• Ensuring consultant submissions are complete and comply with the deliverable lists identified in the consultant\xe2\x80\x99s contract.
• Facilitating expedient consultant invoicing & stage payments.
• Preparing and presenting stage-gate presentations to the client\xe2\x80\x99s management.
• Managing material submission and approvals.
• Evaluate design consultant work, edit contracts if needed, and review payments.

• Ensure all designs maintain a high level of quality and keep pace with project programs and timescales.
• Monitor and mitigate development costs and risks throughout the design and delivery process.
• Lead and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders during the full design and development process through to delivery.
• Communicate design strategy and direction to ensure understanding of strategy, priorities, and impact on the wider delivery process.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of designers and engineers through all design, production, and delivery stages.
• Coordinate with project design and delivery teams to ensure e brand is consistent with the cross full customer journey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related items throughout the development and delivery process.
• Compile and provide reporting on the design and implementation status for all projects while in progress and up to completion.
• Coordinate with the delivery team during the construction phase.
