Design Manager / Senior Architect: Degree / Postgraduate in Architecture, professionally qualified with 15 + years of experience as Senior Architect in an Architectural / Engineering Consultancy, responsible for overall management of the Architectural division/unit, role require pro- active, organized, who can manage multiple tasks, supervise and support team and maintain a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of architects and other members. You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our architectural practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Work includes post concept validation with prestigious clients, detail design, overall engineering co-ordination with Structural, MEP, interior design, Landscaping etc. Sufficient knowledge and competent in all aspects of projects management, overseeing and managing duties and sufficient knowledge in BIM / Revit design / software, Dubai / UAE building codes, regulations, preparation of tender package of drawings etc. Should have good command in English, technical correspondence etc. Immediate start salary AED 25,000/- to 30,000 - (all inclusive).
