We are currently looking for a Design Manager / Senior Architect
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a Design Manager

Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage the design program or schedule.
Coordinate between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure design deliverables meet client requirements and timelines.

Team Leadership
Lead the internal design team (architects, draftsmen, 3D artists, etc.).
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth team communication.

Client Liaison
Act as the point of contact for client approvals and feedback.
Translate client needs into technical design briefs.
4.
Design Review & Quality Control
Review design drawings and documents for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
Ensure adherence to design standards and project specifications.
5.
Budget & Cost Control
Work with the quantity surveyor (QS) or cost consultant to align design choices with budget constraints.
Help in value engineering without compromising design intent.
6.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure the design complies with local regulations, zoning, safety codes, and sustainability requirements.
Coordinate with government bodies or permit offices as needed.
7.
Risk Management
Identify potential design risks or coordination issues early.
Propose practical solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
8.
Technology and Innovation
Oversee the use of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).
Implement new tools or design processes that improve efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements:
