Design & Product Development Manager

to lead our design function and drive new product initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and product development process for customized furniture solutions. Translate design briefs into market-ready products with a focus on aesthetics, function, and manufacturability. Coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of designs with customer requirements and production capabilities. Create, manage, and review technical drawings, design presentations, and sample development. Oversee and mentor a team of designers and CAD technicians. Research materials, trends, and technologies to bring innovation into our product line. Ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely development through all phases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in furniture or joinery design, with at least

3 years in a leadership or managerial role

. Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant furniture design projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Rhino

,

SolidWorks

, and other relevant CAD/CAM tools. Solid understanding of production processes, materials, and finishing standards. Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

UAE experience

in the furniture industry is highly desirable.
