Job Description
\xc2\xb7 managing the design processes involved in a construction project, including ensuring that drawings are ready on time, reviewing designs and making them available to the appropriate people \xc2\xb7 liaising with clients on design-related matters \xc2\xb7 establishing and maintaining effective methods of communication between the teams involved in design work throughout the project \xc2\xb7 maintaining records and documents throughout the project \xc2\xb7 assessing, mitigating and managing risks connected with design \xc2\xb7 ensuring designs and design work meets health and safety legislation, sustainable building standards and industry codes of practice \xc2\xb7 managing the design team \xc2\xb7 chairing design meetings, writing reports and giving presentations. Requirements
