Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Facade Design Manager

to lead the design development, coordination, and technical delivery of facade systems across multiple projects. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring facade designs meet performance, aesthetic, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage facade design from concept to IFC stage Oversee design of

curtain walls, unitized systems, windows, doors, skylights, cladding, and louvers

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP, and consultants Review architectural drawings and develop optimized facade solutions Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards Manage facade calculations, design reports, and technical submissions Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and site execution Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments Mentor and manage facade design engineers and BIM teams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering

10-15 years of experience

in facade design and engineering Strong expertise in aluminum and facade systems Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks

(or similar) Knowledge of

ASTM, EN, BS standards

and UAE building codes Experience coordinating with consultants and international suppliers Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills UAE / GCC experience preferred
