- Strong understanding of all ID and MEP design packages
- Ability to work in a team and acheive the desired KPI's / output
- Ability to prepare a BOQ and quotation based on site visits and shop drawings
- Good understanding of joinery production
- Knowledge of total fitout project lifecycle
- Design background is a must
