Collaborate with contractors and project Engineers to integrate fire safety designs seamlessly.
Evaluate and select appropriate fire safety equipment and materials for each project.
Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with fire codes and safety standards.
Review and interpret architectural plans and engineering drawings related to fire safety.
Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate with the procurement team to source materials and manage project budgets.
Stay updated on the latest fire safety regulations and technological advancements.
Provide technical support and guidance during the construction and installation phases.
Attend and contribute to project meetings to discuss fire safety aspects and progress.
Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential fire hazards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
2-4 years' experience in fire protection design and estimation roles.
Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, including NFPA and local regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
