Develop precise cost estimates for smoke control systems, factoring in materials, labor, and project timelines. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate smoke management solutions into building designs seamlessly. Utilize advanced software tools to create detailed design drawings and simulations for smoke management systems. Review project specifications and drawings to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project insights. Monitor project progress and adjust estimates based on changes in design and scope, keeping all parties informed. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to smoke management systems. Engage with suppliers and contractors to gather quotes and ensure the best materials are utilized for projects. Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure accurate estimations and effective implementation.
