The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, Structure, MEP, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. Only candidates with prior Building, villa, Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply.
Responsibilities
Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work
Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Building, Villa, Interior Fit-Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings
Cost estimation for Civil, Structural, MEP, Joinery, and other Fit-Out related works including preparation of cost build-ups
Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
Post contract cost and contract management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma
Good Skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE as Estimator

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
