Experienced in various medium to large sized Infrastructure/land development projects

Experience in the sitewide external ICT/ELV infrastructure projects, Smart city/destination infrastructure with associated civil works including Right of Way (ROW) reservation, corridor space proofing, ducts, manholes and tie in points complete with primary, secondary, and tertiary ducting

Understanding the Smart destination sensors on the vertical/street lighting columns and integration with System head end.

Experienced in telecommunication systems such as TETRA systems, GSM towers, MMR/POP rooms, 4G/5G Small cells, IoT, LPWAN and NB-IoT communication

Civil requirements of sitewide external ELV systems on promenade/open spaces such as Public Wifi, Background music systems, Parking management systems, digital signage and way finding, Smart lighting, Smart Utilities, Smart Grid, Smart Water, and integration of Smart buildings etc,

Understanding of External Sitewide Security design in the public realm areas and open spaces including the selection of cameras, Field equipment cabinet, Security camera schedule, field of view calculations, storage calculations, external access control systems including active and passive HVM bollards, automatic vehicle barriers for open space car parks.

Understanding of sitewide Command and Control room, Civil and MEP requirements of Security operation rooms and server equipment for public realm security and open spaces.

Good understanding of ICT passive systems including Fiber optic and Cu cabling, IDF/ODF cabinets and active systems such as storage, switches, firewalls, and servers etc.,

Ability to work with design lead and follow-up the approval process interfacing with the project team, Clients, and Stakeholders. In-depth and strong understanding of Abu Dhabi/Dubai/UAE/ KSA and Qatar Authority Guidelines is a must

Understanding of masterplan requirements in terms of Utility building footprints, coordination with wet, roads, transportation, landscape and building teams

Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects with technical report writing skills and developing specifications, data sheets

Knowledge on Autodesk 2D, 3D, Revit MEP and BIM and in-depth understanding of relevant software is a must.

Prepare Clarifications to Contractor RFIs, Review/approve any key technical submittals related to plants

Work towards digitalization skills, innovations, and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams, and projects

Able to work with multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams

Minimum Requirements

Design of sitewide external ELV/ICT Infrastructure systems using C3D/Revit MEP

Experience and skills including ProjectWise, Infraworks, Navisworks, BIM etc

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors\' Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure design only.
