Job Description
- Responsible for design of all thermoforming or GRP parts and molds required in production of vehicles
- Review the parts deigned by D.E for suitability of molding or forming and suggest required changes for parts extraction
- Prepare design of blocks required for machining molds and release 2D and 3D data for manufacturing.
- Communicate with all parties involved on project to validate designed parts on terms of integration on vehicle.
- In charge of using non-conventional technologies for rapid prototyping as (3D scanner & 3D printing)
- Other Engineering related works as instructed by Engineering Manager & Engineering Director
- Minimum Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 year experience in related field
- Relevant experience in Solid Works or similar design solution a must.
