Drafts mechanical and MNZ projects for development projects;
Designs, adapts or completes projects in accordance with changes or customer requirements;
Provides technical support at all stages of the project: from the project idea, implementation, to final approval;
Supervise field implementation to ensure implementation according to project technical specifications;
Prepares and coordinates technical-legal documentation for obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant institutions;
Reviews and drafts the cost of installations, preparing the total estimate for new projects and those for clients;
Searches and identifies the market for necessary materials (local or foreign), in collaboration with relevant departments;
Prepares permit application files and ensures their timely submission;
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education
: Possess a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Other qualifications
:
3-5 years of experience in the design and implementation of HVAC and HVAC systems;
Strong skills in coordinating HVAC works on site;
Advanced knowledge in technical design, programming, installation and testing of mechanical systems;
Very good knowledge of the processes and materials used in the disciplines covered;
Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
