Evaluate the stability of existing structures and develop detailed plans and designs for shoring systems to support buildings and structures during construction.
Develop detailed plans and designs for Foundation Working Pile for buildingsand structures.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and the ability to analyze the stability and load-bearing capacity of structures.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools used for design and analysisincluding AutoCAD.
Precision in calculations and design to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a variety ofstakeholders, including non-engineers.
Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsrelated to shoring and construction in Dubai/UAE.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years experience in the piling and structure design,preferably in the enabling works and piling field.
Dubai Municipality accredited for piling and foundation design is essential.
Have effective communication skills - written and verbal
