What You'll Do:

You'll be the technical anchor behind infrastructure and landscaping designs across our signature projects. From developing 2D & 3D models using AutoCAD & Civil 3D, to coordinating with engineers, horticulturists, and authorities, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless design delivery from concept to approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, review, and manage technical drawings and grading plans Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (DM, DEWA, RTA, DU, Etisalat, DUSUP) Prepare authority submissions and follow up until final approvals Support concept design and technical presentations Conduct internal design reviews and quality audits Contribute to cost-effective, sustainable, and innovative solutions Identify risks and support mitigation planning Keep documentation and drawing records updated via EDMS
What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master's or certifications like PMP/AACE are a plus) 5-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and landscaping design Strong command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and authority submission workflows Deep understanding of local regulations, standards, and PMC best practices Exceptional coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
