Job Description
Civil Designer (BIM & AutoCAD Expert) - Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate civil engineering drawings and 3D models using
BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks)
andAutoCAD (2D/3D)
. Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit-out and interior-related works. Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission. Review, verify, and comment on contractors' shop drawings and material submittals. Implement, follow, and maintain companyCAD/BIM standards
across all projects. Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman.
Essential:
Strong hands-on experience inBIM
(Revit / Civil 3D).Essential:
Expert proficiency inAutoCAD
(2D & 3D).Preferred:
Experience in fit-out and interior coordination projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.
