Job Details :

Minimum 15+ years of architecture/design leadership with at least one opera house or high-profile arts facility completed
Demonstrated success delivering large mixed-use real estate projects from pre-concept to construction

Skills:

Deep understanding of design integration for performance venues including stage equipment, acoustics, and crowd flow
Strong command of regional and international codes, standards, and permitting requirements
Skilled in negotiating and managing large design and consultant teams
Proficient with construction coordination platforms like PROCORE, ACONEX, or PLANGRID
Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation capabilities
Strategic mindset with a focus on constructability, sustainability, and future-proofing
